My passion is learning and discovering new and old places. One of the places that I have learned the most is in our JK room. I love the children's honesty and openness! Together ,we discover, invent, sing ,dream and PRAISE. I also enjoy camping, canoeing, hiking, reading and doing laundry. Past experience includes, working in JK and teaching the primary grades. I'm looking forward to learning with my students this year. |

Watching children have those moments where everything suddenly makes sense is just one of many reasons why I teach. Everyday holds something new in class and my students and I love seeing the wonders of God's world through our studies. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Education. My three favourite things are shoes, Starbucks, and books. In my free time, I can be found on the beach, reading, or just spending time outdoors. |

I have taught all elementary grades in a variety of school in Ontario. I am extremely thrilled to be teaching Grade 2 at WCS. I enjoy helping make student's first experience at school a great one. Through play, music, stories and much more I seek to show students who God is and how much He cares of each one of them. When I am not busy with school I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children. I enjoy camping, swimming, music and cake decorating.

B.E., O.C.T., C.S.T.C. - Children are precious and it is an honour to join them in their journey of learning. I trust God will teach me a great deal through the students I teach. I have been teaching since October 2012, I have taught in numerous grades and in different capacities, these include grades 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. I have spent the majority of my time as a homeroom teacher to grades 5 and 6 students. Moving to grade 8 is thrilling for me and I am excited to share my passion for learning with the students I teach. Before 2012, I was a Youth Pastor in the Christian Reformed Church for 10 years. I have always had a passion for children and young people and I love to walk along with them in their faith. I am married to Lisa and we currently have three children who attend WCS everyday. I enjoy playing and watching baseball, as well as spending time with our family when we do various things together. |

I have been teaching at WCS since graduating from Calvin College. I love teaching and leading children to know more about their God, his love for them, and his amazing world. My love for school and learning started the day I went to kindergarten. I also have a love for drama which has lead me to coach many children in the musicals and plays we have performed at WCS. |
